Does Multistrike actually help with generating Reave charges?
The multistrike wiki page states that all on-hit effects do not multiply by 3. I know for Frenzy, multistrike does not generate 3 charges per attack, even though there are 3 hits per attack. Does this apply for Reave charge generation as well? Scenario A: Reave + Multistrike = 3 Reave charges per cast). Scenario B: Reave + Multistrike = 1 Reave charge per cast). I apologize for not testing this myself. I don't have the gem, and am just theorycrafting inside my office cubicle. I would really appreciate some Reave users experience. Personally tested 30 seconds ago (and I have a reave/MS toon) you get 3 stacks for 1 attack with MS.
You do have to actually HIT the mob all 3 times, but it does stack 3 times. Anyone saying it doesnt hasnt actually tried to do it. Yep. I'm leveling a Reave'r at the moment. You get 3 stacks per attack. Reave + Multistrike + Faster Attacks makes for fast stack generation.

Well Frenzy still only generates 1 charge per 3 hits :( thought it would be the same haha sorry.
