It's fair that the beta players still gets to keep their character names. You should just have supported GGG earlier if you are so obsessed by the nick you want for your character.

But why not just clear inactive players' accounts? That will not hurt anybody who is active and a lot of names will free up, no worries to the active players who got their char names and USE them. i wonder how many inactive accounts there are
