You are taking my words out of context. Which i don't appreciate at all. I specifically said that ES/low life users already use

B. unwavering stance

So basically you added a downside that has 0 effect on the builds the item is intended for which in return = not a downside and that was my point.

About the double chaos damage. Hardly relevant with good chaos resist and even without.

I play a no shavronnes low life melee witch with 450hp low life. i have 66% chaos resist and the LMP vaal constructs hit me for 44 dps.

Seriuesly 88 dps on my ES should be considered a downside? Atm i have 44dps on my 450hp. = 10% of life value.

If i take 88 dps on my 4600 es = do the math seriuesly.

I gave you a logical response and reasoning why GGG wont implement this ring. You called me a troll for providing logical arguments. I am sorry, from your previues post's i thought you would appreciate logic and could figure this out with the limited information i presented you.

These arguments are even without taking the economic part in the problem. Let your ring enter the economie and suddenly every shavronnes becomes worthless overnight. Which has even more ripple effect's.

Sorry bro, i am done with your thread. Take it any way you want, my arguments are valid and logical. Maybe consider balance and impact in your next design and it might end up being something that could be implemented. But this wont be one of them.

Like i suggsted make it an amulet and the whole item changes because then you denie the use of chayula, actually adding a REAL downside to the item (needing unwavering stance which is not near ES sentric characters) also impacting the market of shavs compared to this item.

i dont use a or b and im running lowlife successfully.
chayula is a bad item imo if you have to use it, your build sucks.
it eats a good slot and i would never equip it. but thats just my opinion.
stun isnt a problem anyhow, its frozen/chilled thats sucks but just get an auxium and you are set.

i would not wear this ring. too heavy downsides, eats a heavy utility slot just like chayula.
shav does its job just fine. nobody need 1k es chests. if you have to rely on 1k es chests, your build sucks too ;P.

you have no idea and you read your arguments just here in the forum.

i actually run templar with max chaos resist and low life and it runz just fine with medium gear in maps

only thing is if going high es and low life, Cybil is mendatory

you are right tho. we need more "chaos damage bblabla ES" mods on uniques and your ring is a nice approach on balancing such an item like this. (still wouldnt use it ;D)

You really lack logic it's funny :D, losing 30% of your total es because of shavs is the downside.
Like a dev put : if you wanna die, equip shavs. (and yes that is what a dev said after reviewing the numbers)

shavs was never OP, its the low life bonuses that are insane. And they still are. Shavs just trivializes achieving low life. This does not make shavs OP, it makes the low life bonuses unbalanced since shavs entered the game, since they where designed without shavs in mind.

But seriuesly, i commend you, buy a design unique pack and go for it. And i mean that GGG can probably use some more $$ anyday, and then they can tell you why its unbalanced.

No it confirms that he is using shavs already trivializing the low life achievement rendering your ring useless to him.

This is the gear i use and do maps with on my low life no shavs melee witch. It's anything but top-end. still loads of improvements posible, but it already functions. Now if i add your ring + a chayula i save myself the need to get 135% chaos resist. completely trivializing low life. While still retaining my option to get about 2x as much ES as i can now. Not op please make. =)

And i don't get mad reading post's like yours heroofexile. your build demonstrates you opted for the "easy" way out when creating a low life build. It just makes me laugh when you tell me to get some experience in the game when i did research and tested shit for my build, while you just slapped on a shavs and "low and behold" your build works. Shit like that is priceless it gives me a good laugh :)
