i kill 2 bosses with 90%+ fire dmg mod

i just split them hehehe

and yes - skip new maps till overlevel

yeah map bosses should have a drastically higher chance to drop maps. No one doing an orchard for experience is going to do the boss. No one doing a torture chamber for experience is going to do the boss. No one doing a residence for experience is going to do the boss. It's really just the new maps/ new changes.

Pro tip on torture chamber one, if you portal out and come back his totems reset. I have no problem with him solo but in groups he gets too many totems up before he gets finished. It's just not worth it.

I'm not an extreme mapper, but I can say doing maps for XP, I'm not even going to enter an Orchard map. All 66 maps for XP are... LOL. The XP and drops for 66 maps suck compared to Piety/Catacombs. About the only reason to run a 66 map is for higher level maps... which don't really drop. Me, I mostly vendor maps from Piety runs 3 for 1, especially the Orchard maps. I do keep some of the Piety maps though... for a change of pace to alleviate the boredom of running Piety.

Everything they either buffed or the new maps, your better off skipping if you want xp or dont want to die. THis IS A PROBLEM

Edit: you forgot to add jungle valley. lol Boss used to be a complete joke a long with the map being complete shit because its so small. Now the map is still small and the boss is OP as fuck. How is this balanced? GGG seriously, have some more alpha members test your changes. Im sure many people would participate. Jungle valley is so bad that I just vendor 3 for a 73 or try and sell it to someone who doesnt know better.

I guess it just depends on how you approach each area. I just completed the orchard map... and it was very easy and gave me about as much exp. as I would have gotten in catacombs, only with way more loot. As an evasive ranger, that boss was a serious joke. Moving out of the way of his fireballs was the easiest thing on earth. Other maps though, do give me problems.

Ultimately, I think it just comes down to what your character's strong points are. Some maps may seem OP to you but not to others...

It's an ongoing effort. Roughly every other major patch buffs one of the endgame bosses. Agreed. Every time they redo a boss it normally becomes badass. It would make sense that they made the new maps with appropriately made bosses to begin with. One boss that desperately needs a reworking in my opinion is the Fairgraves boss.

LMAO, yes I did forget jungle valley. I will never forget the first time in anarchy directly after patch when I entered that room. Dear God. I can kill it solo, but the last time I went in there the aura I got was... OTHER ALLIES CAN NOT DIE!

I'm currently stuck at level 72 maps. My choices are either run some of my jungle valleys (I have like 8) or vendor them to 73, and I can't make up my mind.

Tip for doing jungle valley - immortal call. You still take the chaos half of the attacks but it's very easy to maintain full endurance charges + immortal call with the silly amount of adds.

I don't have any trouble with Orchard Map since I was level 78 or so :)
Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

Velocireptile - I LOL'ed. Which made me fart. I wish the office were empty right now :(
