What skill has the absolute highest base crit chance hit per second?

Doesn't have to do much or any damage to be honest. Just want to know how to get the highest crits hit per second.
I'm thinking in terms of making cast on crit my only damage source..so I need a crit factory skill. Example: Cast a skill that attacks super fast, damage doesnt matter, but have super high crit chance on it..then all my cast on crit gems fire off crazy fast. Technically it'd have to be Prophecy Wand, but for a Cast on Crit build you need to leverage crit chance and attack speed. So you'd probably be best looking for an Imbued Wand EDIT: Discharge has highest base crit chance out of all the spells that I know of (8%) Attack skills use weapon crit, soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yea EDIT2: If you're t00 k00l for discharge Ice Spear clocks in second at 7% critical strike chance, I believe But then most people go with EK because it has really high base damage, which makes the crits stronger Need game info? " idk about discharge but wands sound interesting. You cant really spam discharge fast enough for what im thinking. I'm thinking using something with quill rain or bright beak to just crazy fast attack..get lots of crits, and spam cast on crit on all my gear. IGN: HotnessEverspleen

Daggers, Claws, Scepters, Staves and Wands have higher base crit-chance than Swords, Maces and Axes.
Then you can be lucky and get "Increased Critical Strike Chance" property on a Rare Spell with highest Base Crit Chance is Discharge (8 %) and then Ice Spear (regular form) Alexis *smiles* =@[.]@= boggled =~[.]^= naughty wink Last edited by Kwonryu#3444 on Dec 2, 2013, 1:35:00 AM

Number of crit (attacks) = attackspeed x crit chance.
For a cast on crit build you need maximum number of crits per second, so just looking at base crit chance is not enough. (ie you're not asking the right question.) *imbued wand at 8% x 1.5x looks good though. Last edited by Ebrelle#2302 on Dec 2, 2013, 1:36:31 AM
