It's definitely a good ring, but no where near as good as current prices are making them out to be. It's fairly new so give it a little while and it will, hopefully, drop in price. Just like that absurd helm, Crown of Eyes I believe it's called?

I collected these 2 babes. (Lesson learnt from Onslaught/Anarchy)
From just a glance, its potential multiplier is insane IF you dual wield this rings. Meaning that 20% inc WED for each status ailment(3shock,1burm,1frozen) meaning a 100% inc multiplier for eDMG. Add that in with its (15+15)*2 (60%) inc ele dmg WITH weapons, and you get like...160% inc eDMG. see what i mean? thats with the additional 10% chance to shock/burn/freeze too :O seems pretty cool for a level 30 ring. and that 25% all resist :O sexy as hell. You can go over 100% chance to shock with the taming :3
And think how much damage you can do with these using a lightning strike cri build (hatred aura+ added fire support) IGN: Smegacore

All i see is a death trap for hc players :-D! and a serious opportunity to milk out players.
Anyhow, don't have them, don't want them :). My answer would be, because they are hyped and people prefer suicide builds over viable builds. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

I started about two weeks ago and have close to enough for 2 of them so yeah. Totally achievable if you set your mind to it.
