The first feather was found months ago and I don't think anyone has figured out what it is for. As far as I know, no devs have commented on it.

My vote is find 10 people who have them get a stack and see what happens when you try and sell em....if not just use em for fishing.

I've looted 2 the entire time i have been playing but they are both on legacy league. I tried one and two feathers with a combination of everything in my stash one night when i had a migraine and couldn't play. At least i think i did, may have actually just tried all the same items over and over and over for about 3 hours - never can tell when i am doped up pretty good on migraine pain meds. I did not try flasks, that much i know.

I have only seen an Albino Rhoa Feather linked in chat twice. I am not sure there will be 10 in existance at the moment.

Found mine fishing in Act 1 boss cave after I killed her. Caught 2 unique fish and a pair of yellow boots. So addicting
