It will be nerfed, it has been stated many times that a unique should not be BiS gear, so inb4 nerf and all the qqing.

An extra 12% increased attack speed and 2% more/ 10% increased physical damage is nothing to scoff about. Depending on your build, that can get you about 6-8k DPS from 20/20 alone.

Why should it get nerfed? It is not BiS gear. I only got one character that uses BoR, and the rest do not.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

Well also keep in mind Bor gives a flat added 20-30 physical damage, which in conjunction with all your % increased dmg passives, will add up to be quite a bit.

Abyssus gives a flat added 40-60 physical damage. SO, if you have a 6L weapon or chest with everything being 20/20, BoR will lose to it.

I just hope they are not that stupid and have actually learned something from all the rage they got from last few game nerf updates.
