Separate item drops in party mode

Would like to see unique drops per player while in party mode. This is one thing Diablo 3 did right.

I only played once with other players in PoE, and obviously they made all the mad rushes to grab items before I could. I don't want to play like that. With the current shared drop system, I have zero incentive to play in a party, and it kind of sucks, because partying could be great.

I think with how the system is now is discourages group play, simply because some of us are not as fast as other when it comes to clicking on loot. I also feel the way the loot system is now it puts the player at risk cause instead of focusing on the mobs in front of us, we have to pay attention to what is dropping to make sure we can pick it up before the ninja's get to it. I personally hate loot whores, and I feel this system of looting supports them.

i have to agree with this, the one thing i actually enjoyed about d3 was that i did not have to fight for any of the loot that dropped because i was the only one who could see it

Also, I don't need to be persuasive. Devs have stated they want competition between players as well as enemies.

I've been ninja'd out of a few good drops, but luckily none have been uniques. This is solved by playing with friends, but random players can be the worst to play with. I like the timer, but I think it should be a lot longer so you have time to kill everyone around the loot before some douche ninjas your drops.
