Some monsters are still refuse to spawn as rare

Just killed 3+ rare Voltaic Guardians in a Overgrown Ruin map with -Max player resist. Area was filled with charging ribbions and the flame sentinals as well.

Voltaic Guardian only spawn on maps, fix this please, i bet they were in solaris 3 by default when it existed.
Only monster i'm missing here now is Flesh Sculptor. They are very rare as base in Lunaris Temple Level 3, casting temporal chains. Lunaris 3 is splitted up with 3 sub levels, all sub levels can contain different mobs. The problem here, you usually have them spawn one of the 3 sub levels, so if you find some of them in the lower levels you prolly won't find any on the upper ones. They are very rarely turn into magic, usually in prefixed areas, but never seen a rare yet. My question is: what endgame map spawn Flesh Sculptors most often? Seen some in an Arcade map, but by some i mean like 4-5 in the whole map, ofc they wasn't rare. "I'm programmed to say something that is kind and uplifting at this point, but there is apparently an error that is working in my favor."

" I found Flesh Scrulptor after about 4 tries, it's marginally easier than Voltaic Guardian since you can confidently farm him instead of relying on luck for the map mobs roll. Code. Frag. | gplus.to/mystrdat | twitch.tv/mystrdat

I run Piety when i'm out of maps or need a change, and I have killed probably 10 rare flesh sculptors. They aren't common by any means but just simply clearing up to piety can spawn them.

any update about voltaic guardians? cant find them on maps as well not on 69lv overgrown etc...

Killed in Lunaris 1 right now 2 Rare Reanimators and they dont count -.-
