Ran Scepter 10-ish time in Normal for the Evangelist, swapped to Cruel and got it first try. Same thing happened with Brittle Bleeders in Upper Prison.
Only have Voltaic Guardian left, and from what I've found they only spawn in maps. |

Undying incinerator and Voltaic Guardian left for me.
I have no idea where Voltaic Guardians spawn... they are the only ones not on the wiki. A few of them I had to do a lot, like the lunaris 1 one and the crypt 2 one, but I eventually found them so it's not a bug. I used to put my characters down here.
The list became so long, and I've had to DELETE over 50 characters to make room for others, that I've stopped updating it. #firstworldproblems give me character slots free or WAY cheaper GGG ;( |

Undying Incinerators - Arsenal Map
Finally got a shadow archer today after something like 50+ clears of blackwood forest but then teamed up with a friend running seperate instances and we found one. Stillr esetting lunaris level 1 for the final rare for me ;3 IGN: aMonsterTruck

Some mobs seems like to spawn more often in lesser difficulty, got Reanimator and Incinerator on normal, only Guardian left, but this all still need fixing imo.

Ran Church for hours, not a single rare Defiler or Brittle Cleric.
I also noticed that Shadow Archer is missing. Another quality ZAP! post.

Confirmed rare Necro spawned in Chamber of Sins level 1 in Merc.
