Mail system

Well it's a couple months off, but it's going to blow your mind when it happens. You will be able to do all your trading on the forums. You won't even have to log into the game to trade items. There will be an advanced in-game trade feature, too. It makes a "mail system" obsolete.

Did this get implemented, and if so how does it work?

So how about Ravens? (think Game of Thrones) Maybe Giant Ravens since they may be carrying items. I think it would fit into the dark theme that this game has.

There could be a Raven's Nest or Roost or what have you in each town, and you could click on the raven much like a stash to drag or control click items to, and the Ravens could have attached letters in case someone sent some text with it.

Do you think having a summonable Raven would be kind of nice too? Kind of like a courier to bring your items to you wherever you are in Wraeclast? That might be treading on the line of Pay 2 Win, but I'm not sure I haven't put a ridiculous amount of thought into it.

Add payment on delivery option (POD):

Player control + alt clicks an item when mail window is open and delivery option is selected and payment on delivery window is active (activated by clicking the window where POD item(s) go). The linked item(s) goes to payment on delivery window.

This enables trading via mail system, but also requires that linking an item from a chat link to the payment on delivery window is enabled.

although item mailing system + market tool is pretty much an AH which sucks ass :(

As much as I liked the mail system of an other game, I´d hate to see one here. It will make eBaying orbs that much easier. Do you really want that? The economy will go down the drain. Please reconsider this idea.
