Is Temporal Chains an effective defensive curse?

Temp chains is a great choice...slowing is also beneficial for your attack....especially with the back and forth of ST.

I use unwavering stance, which means the mobs has 100% chance to hit against me. In that case, I use temp chain rather than enfeeble. But, I use enfeeble when hard hitting boss provoked by my decoy totem (it lives longer with enfeeble though)

edit: high level and quality temporal chain will cast your enemies into realm of the matrix - if you know what I mean :>

Temp Chains is generally better on archer/caster type of characterrs which benefit more from the slow effects. Try combining Temp Chain + Chill and see what happens. My Ice Shot Duelist was fightning the enemies in slow motion, who had theyr speed reduced by 80%.

On a character that sticks close to the enemy Enfeeble is the superior option though. High Evasion characters benefit greatly From enfeeble too - if you run Evasion builds go Enfeeble.
