Empower does not add levels to support gems, only active skill gems. Just a heads up.

Only lose 4%, but in this theory, that's pretty important :P

By placing empower in your 6 link set-up it is effectively doing NOTHING.

As far as maintaining low life, pick up blood magic, reduced mana, and clarity. With blood magic gem in the main attack slot..... no life nodes at all ...... while on low life ..... I'm fairly certain you would kill yourself in less then a fraction of a second.

i would totally do this. i wont get to lvl 100 anytime soon , though. if you can convert this build to fit lvl 75 i can do it in a reasonable amount of time. i will be able to take it to lvl 85 and maybe even 90 if it holds up in maps.
Attacks (actions) per second probably have a hard cap dictated by the frequency of the main game loop (server side). Prove me wrong (please).

No points invested in life, mana, life regen, mana regen, skill cost reduction, and not to mention ANY defensive nodes at all.

Chances are in the current broken 6 link set-up (see my previous post), you would not be able to pull many attacks before running out of health (=mana since the blood magic gem).


Double strike: 11 mana
Multistrike: 180% multiplier
Blood magic: 245% multiplier
Faster attacks: 115% multiplier
Culling: 110% multiplier
(Empower: 125% multiplier, not counting this support since it doesn't work)


650% total increased cost puts you at roughly 72 mana per sing, 60 times per second. You would need to regen 4300 life per second.

You are at low life with no life nodes. Should put you at about 700-1500 gear depending, drop that to below 30% and you are sitting at roughly 200-450 life.

Should allow between 2 and 6 swings and you are at 1 hp.
