1H+Shield Scion. Capped block, Armor+ES. 100pts build. HC viable (I hope!)

i am by no means an expert but this could also be useful:

saves a point and 8% life gain. but even better you have access to blood drinker. should improve your survive ability even more with your high physcical dmg

some more suggestions if you dont mind:
-i would trade the 3 x 6% dmg nodes at the start for the path through sentinel node. yes costs 2 more points but you gain +28% to all resist and 24% armor.
-drop one of the the 2% blocks at the start and add the shield block and spell blocking next to phalanx. lose 1% block but gain 12% spell block. think its worth it with your maxed out block
-i dont see any mana nodes or regen so i assume you are going mana steal gem. still 2 auras might be tough. consider sovereignty, nice boost to both araus and the 8% less mana reserved could really help. (mana steal is great but you need enough mana to cast :p)

Didnt do the math on the block nods but that can be easily fix as soon as u cap u just get more ES or whatever.

Was just wondering if you could go into more depth with this build, Im at lvl 68 with the build but im doing really low damage and dieing quite often. weapon gems+links anything to give a better idea at what is the end goal. thank you

I'm getting fucked by run speed, I'm on -31% run speed! The build works, but this speed is not nice... wtf should i do?

What about spell block?

You can use stone of lazwhar & rainbowstrides and get a nice 60%+ of spellblock on top of your 70%+ block. That's my build currently using BoR+rainbowstrides+aegis+stone of lazhwar.

It's not an easily feat to get the gear though but I went into spellblock later (around 81) and it was a HUGE survivability increase.

best setup would be aegis aurora + weapon in weapon slot 1, and rathpith globe in weapon slot 2
this way you can switch back and fort
you will need however crown of eyes too

replace stone of lazhwar and the anvil for a more offensive amulet stats
