I did notice that when the new patch came out, all trees were kind of reset. Unfortunately I could not save them, so if you could post an screenshot or link to your scion build would really help.
You can use the offline calc for outdated trees, I never had a problem with doing so.

You should adjust some things in the build (like the circle of ES notes).
Thank you very much for the advise, I've just downloaded and worked very well. I'm on it and really enjoying it, Docks farming has been my best friend so far :P
