How to survive for 3 hours straight?

Make sure you kill everything you see pre-Prison, because you really don't want to fight Necromancers or God forbid, CHATTERS. Skip medicine chest unless you are VERY confident you'll kill it without dying. At least if you do die on medicine chest, you're not too far behind.

If you have a (strong enough) fast attack, and can manage to separate Chatters from other foes (especially bow skellies and necros), it should not be such of a big problem to take him out (some 'additional' cold resists do help)
