X% damage taken as fire/cold/chaos/lightning damage

It would if armor builds could consistently attain 90% damage reduction... is that possible?

Also important, Artic Armour subtracts both physical and fire damage. 20% damage is right around the proper amount to be completely mitigated by a decent level Artic Armour.
