Can you explain the situation in which the desync occurred? Or do you expect them to just magically know every situation that can cause one?
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 Pro x64 | AMD Ryzen 5800X3D | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) Motherboard | 32GB 3600MHz RAM | MSI Geforce 1070Ti Gamer | Corsair AX 760watt PSU | Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD & Crucial MX 500 4TB SSD's

you didnt read more post then the last one , right ? next time do that.

somehow i can smell that there is some bad positioning algorythm making mobs overuse one position. like the mob box is not fixed and they can overlap. it doesnt really matter if there is peak time or morning time i can reproduce it any minute. check your algorythms GGG, pls.

He has no need to explain the situation. Just play the game for an hour if you want to see one. Desyncs happen all the time.

Except it doesn't, not unless you play with multiple people were it is somewhat expected. Your client runs independent of the server, periodically downloading a game state update every few seconds while constantly streaming the players actions to the server (All players actions are streamed constantly to the server and received from the server, but not the game state). Between those game state updates that the client receives from the server, the client predicts what is happening on the server without any communication from the server.

In order for this to work well there can only be 1 unknown element (1 player) or any player with a better internet connection then the player with the biggest latency, must experience artificially induced latency equal to the difference between there latency and the laggiest players latency to keep them in sync. That would keep each player relatively in sync with each other and the game state.

Neither works well in situations where latency fluctuates.

I hope the devs have fixing the desync issues as their top priority. I really like the game but for me to really invest in it I need a solid experience. The problem is that I might quit because of these issues and when I quit Im not coming back because I dont break that easily from an experience I really enjoy so I have to go all the way. I hope the devs realise this.
I think the desyncs are really getting out of hand, at least for me. I'm just playing a standard archer build, mostly solo, and I keep dying to desync about every 5 minutes (which sucks due to the xp penalty in merciless).

Often times the monsters dont even use their hit animations. I just magically receive damage. I constantly see no projectiles flying at me, but I get hit by them. Magic missiles will display but their hitbox will match the actual image in only about 20% of all cases. Sometimes I even get ported into a big horde of enemies, or enemies appear right next to me.

Please try to fix this at top priority. Dying because you messed something up is fine, but dying to desync and getting an xp penalty really isn't fun at all.

Just to note that for me personally @ 233 to 260ms latency, the Normal difficulty game is fine in single player. There are some desync issues here and there but nothing that lasts too long, isn't predictable or gets me killed.

The game also has much more immediate feedback to stuff I've done then D3. My only problem is Flasks sometimes not working but that's a separate issue.

Windows 10 Pro x64 | AMD Ryzen 5800X3D | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) Motherboard | 32GB 3600MHz RAM | MSI Geforce 1070Ti Gamer | Corsair AX 760watt PSU | Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD & Crucial MX 500 4TB SSD's
One more thing to add - all mobs with charging ability messes everything badly. Each usage of the charge leads to positioning issues.

3 deaths on merciless in last 30 min all because of desync...
