Horde mode or Endless Dungeon

Very nice ideas - add some mmo 'raid' functionality to the endgame ;)
What makes sense to me is the suggestion that once you achieve the level cap your instantly teleported outside your home and required to do something more productive with your life. If you would spend half the amount of time you spend on this game actually learning how to become a better you, could you imagine what great feats you could accomplish?
Stop wasting your time doing something so meaningless that only hinders your progress to success. Still waiting for my beta key btw.

Most of us play video games to get away from the stress of improving ourselves, such as school or work. You talk about applying your time efficiently, then isn't reasonable to want to play a game of higher quality so that you use your spare time to its full extent?

If you don't do something that relieves your stress, then you will become more unproductive and worse at what you do.

I suggest you take some psychology classes and reflect on your life to understand what it means to live your life to the fullest.

lol seriously! I dont want to make this game more like a job. Because if its a job that doesnt pay me in real life then I wont do it, and ill stop playing.
How would inserting a mode thats mainly for fun make it more like a job? Confused who you are arguing towards.

I think that conversation might have just gone over my head a little... im 14 give me a break

i agree with most people here GREAT idea! i dont like the idea of a never ending dungeon but the waves of monsters sounds great, i would suggest that on the last wave before a terrain change have a randomly generated boss fight, that way u never know what boss your about to fight or a certain "strat" to easily down him.
Both these ideas sound good to me! Nothing else to add.
I'd stand behind this idea only as an endgame option. Of course throwing in some bosses not in the main story line would make it more appealing, i think. defiantly try to stray from "horde mode" make something like test of endurance or trial or power.

Agreed. I think it should be more then just an end game though. I think that after each time you beat a difficulty a harder "Test of endurance" would be unlocked with better loot but much harder mobs.
