You mean like a lot of the other boss fights (read: all of them).
When you fight Brutus, there is no loading screen. When you fight Merveil, there is no loading screen. When you fight Weaver, there is no loading screen. It's because the "Boss" is in the same physical instance as the rest of the level. You're just teleported to a different section of the level. You can verify this by pressing TAB to pull up your map, then use your arrow keys to scroll around. If there is more map on your screen than just the room you're in, then you're in the same instance in a different part of the instance.
Hmmm good point I had not noticed this until you pointed it out. Seriously though it's one room in the entire game, this has to be a temporary glitch only some people suffer from. I guess I will wait it out and seek support from GGG. I suppose maybe I can help fix it.
