Sparks was and is used best on dual totems. As a main attack that you cast yourself it sucks. That leaves arc that people seem to use either as support (for example to trigger EE as summoner) or on dual totems. As single main spell it is inferior to cold (Freezing pulse) and fire (fireball) spells or at least most think it is. And as long as not many play with arc as single main spell no one will write a guide.

bump because this list is amazing. I'm sure people will post some lighting builds once the new lighting spell comes out.

I think lighting is suffering from underhype right now. People don't use it simply because they think it sucks (although they do like shock stacks)

hm the fire witch options arent terribly varied. are there no good options anymore for somoene with leveled incinerate and firetrap gems? Also has to be a low-life build
