Except if you do go, play and test it and it actually is wrong how you predicted it would be you just lost weeks of playtime to wait for GGG to actually fix it. And weeks of not really being able to play can cause quite a lot of people to "try out other things never to return".

They've posted changelogs and people have seen their changelogs in the past: people tend to be pretty good at figuring out what some of the changes can and will be. Also, don't you find it a little ironic that you're whining about people whining? How does that help at all?

Yes there is irony indeed, the only difference is that I'm complaining about "jump the gun" users that haven't even played the final release. You're supposed to post your rants AFTER you've tested something, in hopes that your rants will lead to further positive changes for the game. Even after final release, the game will still technically be in beta testing and always will be, being that GGG listens to player feedback and makes changes accordingly. Might not have worded that right but hopefully you get what I'm saying here..

Wait until you've downloaded the patch, played and tested everything out yourself for a week or so, then post your cry baby complaints. No need to blow the patch notes out of proportion without even playing the updated release for yourself yet...

The main point of my ironic post, was to encourage this ^^
We want to keep our player base right? Well at least try to encourage the "quiters", to give it a chance....

This thread is actually worse then the others. In those threads, people are at least "crying" about something they care about. Its at least some kind of feedback.

What possible value is there in making a thread simply to cry about crying?

Why cry about something you haven't even tried yet? GGG isn't going to take any of it seriously until you've at least put your premature rants to the test.

It is a thread of whining about whiners, but includes encouragement... I guess you skipped that part

Chris specifically stated that with additional/adjusted reservation nodes, you could still make aura characters if you choose to. Its amazing how many people missed this point.

Making a post about a specific topic in a thread based on that topic, is not remotely the same as making an entire new thread based purely on crying about crying.

Well this thread is not based purely on crying about crying, not everyone can think outside of the box but you'll learn, maybe

Don't like the changes.

They should require you to be 21 or over to play this game. Would get rid of a lot of the flame threads lol
