I actually liked Piety as a final boss. We saw a whole heck of a lot more of her during the existing game than anybody else, and I sure was excited to kill her when the opportunity came. It's definitely not as big a change to the game as 0.1.0 was, but it's big. For example, it is known that there are 'three new tilesets' and 'six new monster types' -- 0.1.0 introduced quite a few more areas and critters than that. But it still left us hanging at the whole 'open the Sceptre of God' thing. The anticlimax has been pretty uncool. So consider this the 'completion' of Acts 1-3. The Piety/Dominus arc. One way or another, we're going to get the closure we've been craving. A LOT of lore is being added. And the centre of the tree is no longer just a freeway; it is now its own neighbourhood, for better or worse. Yeah, i was skeptical of the 7th class thingy but i kinda like it now because the Scion is a unlockable. I think GGG does pretty well in giving us closure to Dominus and his storyline, who knows what comes after him in the coming Acts. Besides, GGG like any other company can run into trouble at any point, so pushing a deadline or content being released is fine by me. I do not like hockey much since my local team stinks, and most of the time I end falling asleep watching hockey games, but I would never stoop low to insulting it since I know peeps out there like hockey. You may not like American Football, but please respect it.
