Not really relevant, this amulet is for someone who wants to have the absolute maximum mf stats in the game.

1.2k alts (lets say 400 alts to an ex) so 3 ex per 1.2k

you regal (22 suffix on rings) 1 chance out of 21 to hit that quant

regal 21 x 1.2k alts = 66 ex

This is accurate, except for that there are brackets within all those mods and within quantity, which make it a much rarer than 1/21 chance of regalling max quantity. I believe its in the neighborhood of roughly 1/150 but don't quote me on that.

oh yeah and the assumption that you can hit double max iir/iiq with 1200 alts..

I'm not saying this to insult anyone, some could get lucky with less than 5 exalts. I wrote this so the average Joe knows what to expect before attempting this and lose his bank.
