Nah, you got a 'block chance' stat, that's the one you see on char screen and it's capped at 75%. Cybil's paw increases your spell damage by 1,2 times that number.

does it mean my first question is correct? I dont have Saffell's myself to test it (if that number you are referning to stays there or is removed thanks to Saffell's cant block attacks mod). Someone it this thread already tested Cybils work with Saffell's, but using what number?
