why do you think all of her miscreations are practically naked (other than pants being so damn rare in Wraeclast)? She was trying to make super human sex slaves but screwed up, so she uses them for the next best thing... to amass a pile of bodies to use in more experiments to create super human sex slaves. There are a couple of corpses in Lunaris 3 that are not like any other. They're 4 or so Duelist-looking fellows bound up and drowned in the top left of Piety's chamber. They're probably part of her weird sex games.
