edit: Shock Nova is better in almost EVERY way. At 11%+ quality Shock Nova has a higher non-critical chance to shock. It has TRIPLE the base damage. It has a faster cast speed. Arc is the best skill for the first few seconds. Then just dropped it on the ground.

Yup, a weaksauce skill, can't even stacks shocks reliably.
But it can work, the only thing you need is shavs to go low life, righteous fire and elemental proliferation. But then, with that setup you'd be able to kill a mammoth with a 1,5V battery. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
