What's a sporker?

Been away from this game for ages (many many months) and I now return to see this term being thrown about a LOT.

There's no easy inference for what it means and a forum search has too MANY results to clearly tell.

So - what's a sporker? It's obviously something derogatory but just wondering specifically what.

thanks
I'm pretty sure it is the spark ability with fork supporting it. Most people use it on a spell totem as well.
I see. Thanks very much for the explanations

People detest the sporker build because it requires

1) no gear
2) no skill
3) is extremely OP and is the only way to get rich
4) BORING
5) is NEEDED because you can run 300 iir and 100 iiq and farm. Other characters will have much harder times reaching these numbers.
The rest of the 'end-game' content will be available along with a heap of new stuff when the game launches in a few months time. From what I've seen it's going to be awesome. - Michael_GGG
I'd say "dual sporker" definitely does, and "sporker" mostly seems used as just a short version of that. :P So you're probably safe Charan.

I'd say so only because I don't know of any popular builds that do manually cast it or any reason why doing so would be better than using the totem.

As for your comments about spork being overpowered, I don't think the problem is with spork itself so much as with spell totem. There are a number of other skills that could be used with similar results if spork got nerfed.

People may not like what they do in parties (a lot of screen clutter), but the term is not derogatory. It's just the method of attack. I have a sporker, but I understand that he's not the best for parties in a lot of situations.

because I'm really fond of dual dagger (high crit chance) manually casting Spork.

I'd say you're still sporking, but that people seem to be more affected by the dual totems, so they are less likely to bitch about it the way you're doing it (and me as well, since I don't yet have the totems on my guy, though it can still be an issue for some, awesome as it may be for me to play that way).

spark is not viable as self cast spell due to to having unpredictable path, which leads you open to reflect attacks, once the reflect mob walks up there is no way to stop the sparks you have made, so when you got insane amounts of damage that would lead to certain death
Totem damage does indeed save you from reflect; the totems take the reflect damage instead of you.
