If you don't mind spending some regrets you can pick up anything you want.
Those 2 keystones are very useful.

I just found my first exalt, and have been wanting to level up a summoner witch using your other guide, so I'm thinking about investing in these items to level up.

If my end-game build is your summoner witch, how should I be investing my points following this guide?
