While I kinda like the Idea, I wouldn't like to have to be stuck to a specific map for having a chance to drop certain unique items. So I'm all for it when it comes to vendor recipe ingredients, I'm against it for uniques.

What would be nice when it comes to uniques would be to have a "lucky" roll on some bosses for specific uniques, that way you can still loot then anywhere but have a slightly better chance in some areas. (just throwing ideas here :) )

I do not think the drops should be affected by IIR/IIQ. IIR/IIQ is already good enough it does not need to be made better. Some people who just wont to kill thing fast without MF will be able to with drop tables knowing that they will get something eventually.

Although I do think having a level 21 gem drop from specific bosses is okay but specific uniques dropping also feels wrong to me. Maybe because that would change the way the current system works...
