Treasure Goblins in Path of Exile?

They also made an appearance in a chinese arpg (although not so much arpg as action) called blade & sword, and they'd actively loot drops.
Play in 6 players party, it's like every mob is a Treasure Goblin.

If you also make treasure goblins rare, it adds the same chance at the loot and changes the way you get said loot. Random events at getting a large amount of loot are a lot of fun and makes the grind feel more rewarding.
I've not played D3, but from what I understand, players like Kripp would just reset instances over and over to find treasure goblins because doing anything else was a waste of time. I really don't like the sound of that. I want it to be optimal to just play the game to get items.

I'm not sure I like the idea of copying anything from D3.

Make a treasurer Rhoa instead that charges 3 times as faster and has boss mods.
Fits better with the mood of the game ;)

(Yes I am joking but I dislike the idea because it doesnt fit)
