Yes, you don't need grace at all. I am using it because I have enough mana atm. I recently just run clarity and discipline only. They are the must have.

Yeah I thought that, I probably going to use only discipline and clarity. By the way, how much a 6L Taryn's costs? Is Maligaro's a must have?

I'm a 31 Templar at the moment, just trying to push through and level up. I've got plenty of skill gems, but little currency.
Any advice on what passives to get for my next 30ish levels, assuming I'm only really using gear I find? Thanks man, build looks fun. |

" I got mine for 17ex A 5 link taryn is only cost about 4-5 EX, but do try to get one with high roll. Maligaro will boost your damage by a lot (and you will need the dex too!)but if you have resist issue then go for glove with high es/cast speed/ resists. IGN: Rainku_Arc

Nice post. I'm actually building an ice spear dual totem templar in ONSL based on my penta curse build.
This is basically the "tanked out" version of what you have, ideally to be able to faceroll 77 maps in ONSL solo. Will have to try very hard to rip. Should be able to get 10k+ ES and 10k armor+ with good gear. I'm going to be relying on really op gear and maxed gems for the DPS. It should be fine for solo play. I'll also be using a 6L regalia + shield for more tankiness instead of shiver. Anyway ive built very similar in the past with my curse build and it is a pain in the ass to level. Pretty dangerous until you can start wearing that level 68 gear. Thought i'd throw this out there for people looking for more HC style version of this. I can say even at level 50 with no dps nodes I freeze everything in full groups perma anyway. Here's my tree for comparison:

If unwavering turns out to be a major waste (with 10k es and 10k armor i think it will be) i'll just stick 13 nodes into DPS probably. IGN: VistaChris

" 72 passive point used So here is the plan for next 30 levels, so 72 points used so far. Basically after ancestral bond go for armor ES on top then heading to witch grab ES on witch, grab crit/cold dmg node on the way, then get clear mind for chaos resist (of course, you will respec that out later). Then head for ES on shadow area. This should basic on how you feel about your gears. If you feel you are been pressure then grab ES, otherwise like me, I grab dmg node before ES node :P sometimes, killing speed is a better defense:) In lv64, when you equip taryn's on-> the real fun begin! I wish I can play HC/ONS but my internet had been very unstable due to I am too far away from my wireless source that I hope I would able to fix it in the future. I see no problem on the tankieness of your build, but I would like to know about the killing speed. It seems that you sacrifice alot of dmg node. Also, I don't think you need zealot's oath..while we perma freez almost anything that's moving..the regen seems to be a waste. Im at level 40, and im going very bad coz i don't have gear for leveling up... never find decent rares XD
If u have something you don't need, would you please help me too? :P Well i was thinking of using even Blood Rage (free Frenzy charges with CI) and Enduring Cry to boost a bit armor and resistence: i think I won't have good resistence when I'll reach lv 65 and equip the Taryn's, and I can't use Purity coz it's too costful XD |
