Divination Distillate is bugged or working as intended?

Glad to know this about the flask, no longer interested in purchasing one. Sounds much more annoying than useful, I like to chill-out and play with magic find; not spam curses every time I want a bonus to MF.

This unique makes a great combo with soul taker since you are constantly at 0 mana but can still attack. You use the flask mana tries to go up - > you attack mana goes to 0 again. But wait only sporkers and summoners are stacking iir/iiq right?
