It is because of that mod, you do not have to go CI. You have life, and with life, you can add in even more auras to make your HP drop below 35% to make some of the uniques that are usually overlooked, tasty. You are essentially running EB without running it on top of buffing up a lot of uniques with low life mods.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

I just feel that low life itself wasn't overpowered, and RF wasn't overpowered, but its the combination which skyrockets your dps.
Just low life bonus's would still be powerful, yes, but not quite as ridiculous. It is the fact that it interacts with RF aswell that makes shavronne so powerful
