what do you think about Diablo3

All i wanted was Diablo3 tell i found this game a week ago now i just want to play this but im playing the waiting game like everyone else

Iam not sure what game i prefer PoE looks good maybe i will not play D3

I'm a bit conflicted about Diablo 3. I've heard some good things and some bad things about it, more bad things than good things to be honest. Not sure if it's the pessimism.

Though I have heard that there is a Real money Auction House system. Blizzard's other game had issues with gold farmers and gold farmer spam, so I wonder how this plays out.

There seems to be something like automatic stat point allocation and a different skill system, which I feel robs the variation away from Diablo 2, though the system was different in the original Diablo as well.

From what I've heard I assume Diablo 3 is going to be like Guild Wars and World of Warcraft put together plus the Diablo interface.

Since Diablo 3 is most likely going to cost some money and this is free, I might as well play this mainly while trying out Diablo 3 on my friend's computer.

Its gonna be a money maker for sure w/ the Auction house, just wonder if its gonna ruin or make the game more enjoyable.

the d3 graphics just looks childish to me. its like a snes game on steroids, my eyes start to bleed when i look at it.
its a merge between torchlight and diablo. the skills seems very clumsy too

i think its going to be a great game.
I think i can trust Blizzard on making great game and not rushing unfinished game out.

Been a 'Diablo' fan since its series launched in 1996 each one being better than the next. Diablo 3 hmm not sure, so far a feeling its dumbed down,definitely not a fan of the auction house and highly doubtful i'll use it.
Gameplay trailers look excellant and no doubt i'll buy it but more inclined to think its going to end up a 2012 release rather than this year.
Can't be any more disappointed with Diablo 3 than my wife and i were with Dungeon Siege 3.

To be honest, initially i wasnt very excited, but now that ive seen beta things and also that gameplay video put out. Im pretty damn excited for it. Looks great

Let's just say I think it's gonna be awesome!

I played Diablo 2 for a very long time. I even installed it earlier this year when I got bored. But the more I hear about Diablo 3 and the more I look at what World of Warcraft and even Starcraft have become, the more my hope withers away.

I gave Diablo 2 several years of my life and I think because of that I'll likely pick up D3, but I won't really be expecting much. It seems to me that there's a threshold with companies. Where it get's to a point where all that matters is making that Q3 release, because the quality of the game isn't what's important any more. Getting the game to release, getting subscriptions, and when you boil it all down, getting $ is what's ultimately important.

I'm not saying that this is necessarily true for all companies, or all games, but it seems to me that Blizzard is a shadow of what it once was many years ago. Game quality has gone down and getting people to play their game, more importantly to pay to play their game, is what matters most.

I hope I'm wrong, and I'll be eating a healthy serving of humble pie if I am.
