" :P " I actually got it at the end of 1.3 when I moved on from my 394 pDPS Bow. Buyer was selling it quite cheap because of the 14% Crit, but with the new tree out I found that I could still Crit Cap with a somewhat poor 8.2% base Crit with Jewels and some fancy pathing, so I went ahead and bought. Then Meta-Modding was revealed, and, well... This is what it looked like beforehand, had to track down one of my old posts.
