Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?

So I heard that mirrored items last through wipes, don't know if this is true or not, but since a wipe is coming up tomorrow we might aswell test this.

And what better way to test this than mirroring the best item that anyone has and giving it to that person when the next league starts?

So post your best item and IGN, people can vote on what's the best whatever and a person will be picked, I'll add you and message you to mirror your item.

Why am I doing this? I hardly get to play the game as much as I'd like too and it seems like a waste of such a rare item (I've had it for like a month now).

Nice idea. Unfortunately, there isn't a wipe coming tomorrow.

Or, most likely, next week.

The next confirmed and absolute 'wipe' will be when the game goes Open Beta, at which point all characters will be reduced to level 1, all gear barring Demigod's Presences will be wiped.

I am fairly sure that includes Mirrors.

Each subsquent patch until Open MAY incur a legacy migration but given GGG's recent inclination to use the hardcore races as a testing ground, I wouldn't bet on it.

There's only a Passive 'reset'. Chris probably shouldn't have said passive 'wipe' because people just see the word wipe and get the wrong idea.

As Charan already pointed out, mirrored items do not survive a full wipe anyway.

Salient point regarding Chris' choice of words, Facelicker. 'Wipe' gets everyone jumpy, when it's more of a reset and refund. Now, if you say 'refund', people generally get a lot more excited because it means a second chance.

Mirrors and mirrored gear won't last through the wipe. Not even Reaper's mirrored Keyblade. ;)

It shouldn't. It never lasted through any of the previous wipes and it's not something that was earned like a Demigod's.
