So this build isnt so invincible like author described?

The "nearly invincible" part is contingent on good gear... which is quite difficult in a brand new league. It can tank crematorium boss without issues while still having some of the highest damage and mobility out of any build.

I'm somewhat lost as to what gear I should buy at this point to progress efficiently.

Dmg isnt the factor why I love that build, but mobility.Its just awesome time saver

I am getting an error on the mid-level and late-ish passive tree links. The early and late links work fine. Can I get a link the two middle trees?

Hello. I can see that you only have +31 to life from belt and that's it... I am interested in yohr stats and passive skill build too because with out life it doesnt seem that viable in 75+ map

Just my opinion:
you can try using clarity aura temporarily
mana flasks (more of them)
mana leech support gem
or remove some support gems to lower mana cost of your skills until you have more mana
use amulet/rings/items that give +mana

So how about maps? U have - 60 chaos res isnt it a problem?

It is, but I did only up to lvl 73 maps for now.....just doing crazy stuff to see what I can and what I cannot do. I plan to change skill tree in about 3 lvl and ofc then change gear (belt,2 rings amo gloves and boots) For now I just farm lower lvl maps(68-69) to get nice big base of lvl 70-71 maps. For lower lvl maps didnt care of any mods, only found temporal chains anoying becouse of movement speed debuff. Housing chaos,gcp and exalts for some nice 1h sword to buy.
