Official Blender Post! Lets theory craft for 1.2! 123k Cleave DPS!

This is my passive skill build based on this guide:

http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgQAAdwFLRHVEiAXHRc-G_ohYCXfJ-0ppTGeMgk0kzWSOuE8LUCgR35KyEz_TeNOKlPfV5dY216LYEFgS2NwZU1sRm6qcmxyqXTteA1673zZhNmE75krmy2bg565pBmmV6luq8Wsqq9stfK2Qbc-vYG-ir6nwA_E9sauypDP-NJN7-PyRf4K_o8=

I'm lvl54 and have just entered Merciless. I'm delighted with this build and have almost no complaints, but I don't know if my gear is efficient. As an example, do I have too much of some things like resists and too little of others like mana leech that would make life even easier. There are always going to be situations where I struggle, like against cold damage that slows me down so I can't generate enough hits to maintain my life.

I might add that I am almost exclusively dependent on Dual Strike. My typical approach to any encounter, including Dominus and Piety, has been to pop Blood Rage and then spam Dual Strike ... letting the CWDT do its thing. Rarely do I cyclone, I've stopped using Fire Trap altogether and I don't leap (hehe). I'd really like to start a more diversified play style.

Would anyone be willing to take a quick look at me tree and see if there are any optimizations to be made? I looked and I couldn't really find anything, but some of you have been at this far longer than I have, so you may be able to find something that I couldn't. :)

Not taking the dual wield starting line as a life-dual wield is outright bad.
Has anybody played with devoto's devotion and have any thoughts on it? It seems to encourage the player to not take IR and use their 6L for damage and the 20% movement speed buff seems outrageous; a high eva 6L such as bronn's lithe seems like a good fit for it with it's own 10% movement speed buff. With a pair of 30% movespeed boots and haste, we'd be pretty fast, yes? A player specced out like this wouldn't need any spelldodge at all, and getting damage as a dual-wield is never a problem. I'd think that a well specced out char in this mould would probably make a mockery of @sacrifice atziri.

Bronnes lithe would be pretty good since it offers +2 to cyclone. With +60 movement from boots, lithe and devoto, your cyclone will travel as if it didn't have a movement penalty.
So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death.
Im currently using

with cast on hit + enduring cry.... Are those two compatible?

Hi I'm not sure why you're showing us this chest piece. Nothing is linked and there are random gems imbedded.

There is no cast on hit, but if you meant cast when damage taken then enduring cry is perfect.

Salamat!

What could I take points out of to put into those nodes? I looked it over and I really can't see what I would get rid of for those nodes.

It's one of the first things we looked at when patch 1.1 dropped and the consensus is that taking that line is better then completely wasting a point on mana because without starting the right hand line attack speed in particular is completely crippled. How you rearrange your tree accordingly is up to you.
You could just play your tree out as is until you get better equipment at which point you should be looking to change it anyways for more life/mitigation and less damage.
