i just noticed that build didnt get IR so ya probably the 43% eva is better. considering is a dodge based character. xD. however, i dont know how will you would do end game with eva based characters work. heres the IR version of that build i still believe ir is stronger than dodge xD

I don't think anything can beat my ranger dual wield cyclone DS ranger for kill speed, single target or packs.

Facebreakers is basically one shotting everything from lvl 16 to lvl 50. With the right gear, you can last even longer. By far the strongest melee build while levelling. Though, without the right expensive gear, it kinda falls off late game.
If you want something lasting untill the 77 maps, pick up a dual wield cleaver. A strong and solid pick. Though, if you want something with a higher clearspeed.. with the right gear, a flicker striking dualwielder can be extremely strong. And I want to bet that a FS can beat your ranger in kill speed, single target and packs SEOINAGE. It's just faster at the target ;) I am a nice guy.

" I don't usually even use DS single target, if you are talking bosses I have no problem traveling fast to a target, and then it melts with cyclone. |

Dual-wield Cyclone is very unoptimised compared to 1h + shield or two handed Cyclone, therefore I highly doubt you have a higher killspeed compared to either Facebreaker Cyclone or Soul Taker builds.
