The Orb drop rates are either too common or too rare.
The equipment drops only have one basic balance - mediocrity, low level items dropping in high level zones, chests and weapons more common than rings and amulets.
So, yeah, in terms of balance, this is the kind of stuff that gets brought up. People can be angry about any old shit though if you're asking about angry. The people who 'talk' about balance aren't normally the angry types, that should be kind of... logical?
