we all hope So but i dont in a way because GGG recently showed that they dont know how to balance stuff with the searing bond buff
They do lazy direct dps buff instead of increasing the quality of the mechanic

Arc needs "add one chain each 4 levels "
Or
Arc gain a chainning when hit a shock stack
In other words if one of the hit monster has 3 shock stack it gain 3 more chain
Note: can only get more chain from the base 3bounce

Double spells wont' work.

Ice nova, of course. One of, if not the, worst skills in the game. It has the lowest damage of any cold skill, including the reworked freeze mine. Freeze mine is actually better for damage AND crowd control, with better passives as well.
