" It works the same as anvil or BoR, it says 'block chance', not 'additional block chance', if you had none you can block once you use it, if you had any it stacks. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" You should really give some examples to support your point. Some of the uniques are badly designed such as marleynes. Also some people just hate on lvling uniques because they don't think the effort of designing the uniques and putting them into the game is worth someone using the for a few levels before discarding it for something better. " point is having one of those leveling uniques drop in a race makes a huge difference my verdict flask is way too good and will be BiS ring is amazing buff for cold dmg based builds (entropy damage over time nodes) who cares if you cant proliferate when your coldsnap burns and freezes the staff is underwhelming some guy tries to sell a 5l one in inva for 5ex and noone wants it with the shield and anvil tempest shield and other uniques i hope that someone will be able to build a damage taken on hit build soon https://poe-ssf.herokuapp.com/. The hate on that ring reminds me of the hate my unique got in this thread when it was introduced (Lightning Coil); I knew its power (and the associated drawbacks) and GGG agreed, which was one of the reasons it got implemented so quickly, but 80% of the posts were talking about how it would never be used. Now, nearly a year later, it is used heavily, at least in hardcore leagues, so really, who knows on the ring.

" I also believe that it works like that. Also, someone was speculating that Bereks would offset some of the drawback. Killin an ignited enemy ignites surrounding enemys. Btw. Destroying is still killing. Frozen Enemys get destroyed if dealt enough damage, doesn't mean they are not killed. And they give Exp and loot. Only thing is with 2stage enemys like the craps give less loot and exp if they are destroyed in their first stage. “Demons run when a good man goes to war"
