what's the max slot for one hand weapon?

Is it possible to get more than 3 slots on a single weapon?
For example a wand or single hand axe?


And how to obtain a 6L weapon or armor? Is it just pure luck?

3 is the limit on one handers.

For a 6L, yes, either very good luck, or by farming currency hard and purchasing from another player.

theoretically, you can buy it from vendors...
(remember to take a screenshot, nobody would believe you ;))

By good, do you mean by modifying the armor with orbs by myself? Or it can only be picked up but not from modifying?

one handed items, melee weapons, wands, shields, can only have 3 slots.

6 link is luck, either getting an amazingly lucky drop, or an amazingly lucky roll from a fusing orb. I have been playing for over a year and never had a 6 link (I don't trade much) and just in this past week or so I found my first 5 link.

If you are new to the game I will suggest that you not try to make 5 or 6 linked items for a long time, as they are a complete currency drain. It's much easier to trade for what you need than to make it yourself.

I got a 5 link this way and never even thought to take a screenshot. I will remember this if I ever see a 6 link.

You can reroll unique's sockets and links with Jeweler's and Fusings, respectively. However, the item level of the unique will determine the max number of sockets it can have.

Tabula Rasa Simple Robe (Legendary Orange) got 6 white (colorless) slots which you can use any kind a GEM to enchant it with. I found it once and i think i was pretty lucky. ^_^

4s for one handers (fishing rods), excluding the Goddess.
