Shields base blockvalue, whats their values?

So after searching theese forums for 30 min & also googling to find an answer(to no avail). I know put my faith in an answer from the community. Sorry if this have been asked before, but I failed to find it and I really want to know.

Im theorycrafting for Open Beta atm, but I fail to find any site/page which list all the shields base blockvalues.

So are there any site which does this, or do anyone know? Are they static are they not, etc. I would like to know the base blockvalues for all the spiked shields, so I know if it's better to use a lowerlevel shield for my build etc.

I feel your pain. I was baffled as to why one shield which had lower evasion was higher level than another -- then saw the block chance.

Maybe the wiki could handle this until the site overhaul.

We would love to, but our current item data is mostly from the item data here...

Until the Item Data page shows it, you can look at a lower level version of the base image for the shield you want to use. For example, all the big tin-can looking tower shields have 24% base block, iirc.

I think Rabbit recently took it upon himself to input a lot of the block chance data on our Shields page. It's still spotty, but we do have some of the data you're looking for.

Ed: I just added a bunch of values for shields with my Merciless Ranger, sadly spiked shields are rarely sold by vendors. I'll keep an eye out for them, though.

Yeah after doing some reserch(porting through all the different levels, normal -> merciless), I noticed all the shields with the same icon had the same base blockvalue, but I can't check out 62+ items(Due to me being to low level, only 55). And it's there the funky buisness start with lower stats then previous levels etc. But maybe this is because alot higher thorns value :o


And ofcourse I've visited your loveable wiki in my theorycrafting, big props to you guys :) But the spiked shield(and also es/armor shield) are the ones that does not have blockvalues for the four different icons ^^
