My pc restart when i play path of exile
" Do you have anything plugged in for sound other than your on-board (realtek) card, and your video card (where the nvidia is coming from)? Do you have any USB headset or other USB device plugged in which offers sound? Perhaps click the USB PnP sound device and remove it from Device Manager and see if it comes back or if it solves your issue. You can also try "Disabling" it instead by right-clicking it in Device Manager and click Disable. See if disabling the other sound devices causes it to work better. |

" This app called BlueScreenView (free) can scan your dump files from BSODs and help you find the root cause of the problem. Also, the Bug Check String and Bug Check Code would be useful to have from the crashes. The Bug Check Code listed in the original post is 0, but that's not a valid code (as well as all the parameters)... so something is strange there. |

i have installed BlueScreenView and after that pc restarts i run the program but dooesn't appaer any crash message......

" so you're getting a crash that is restarting your PC, but there are no dump files or anything that BlueScreenView is finding? I'm almost certain your problem is hardware related at that point. It's crashing and restarting before it has a chance to record the crash I guess.. very strange. |

" I'm honestly not sure what anyone else can do for you at this point. Your errors aren't properly crashing and leaving behind any evidence that can be used to troubleshoot or diagnose the issues. The crash report you originally posted has invalid Bug Check Codes and parameters, so it is of zero use unfortunately. Without further information, there is just no way to track down WHAT is causing your issue. It appears to be hardware related, but there's just no telling for sure. If you want more stuff to try, you can try updating all your drivers again (especially Video and Sound). If that still doesn't work, you can try formatting and re-installing Windows and all your software and see if something there maybe became corrupted and caused the issues. Short of that stuff, I just don't know. If it still fails after a format/restore, then it is most certainly Hardware related. Good luck. |

" ok i understand but for certainty i have try to see the temperature with another program (HWM monitor) and these are very high! when doing map with 5-6 people the temperature of gpu is around 88-90 degrees also reaches the 95 degrees.... |

" If you're hitting temp's that high, I'd definitely look at cleaning out your heatsink and/or replacing it entirely with an aftermarket solution(this depends on how old your card is and if the warranty is still applicable or not). If the warranty is expired and you can't buy a new cooler, I'd definitely suggest re-seating the HSF, there are guides to do this on the net and it is a rather easy thing to do, you just need some fresh thermal paste and a screw driver. Aside from the above, forcing the fan to run @ 100% may help; but only if the heatsink is dust-free. |
