ah gotya! then yes, i fully agree and hate how blizz kicked pay-to-win to a whole new level.

the auction houses (both of them) are largely responsible for how poorly d3 has done. bliz has to balance around the auction house instead of the individual player experience, which is so full of fail that we couldn't fathom why they were gonna allow it back when they announced it in beta.

to say nothing of course with the RMAH in particular and the damage that has done.

Im aware of GGG not banning rmters even with nice proofs (very very clear proofs)

So yes you can sell or buy items for real money while you dont ask for money on forums

its only ok when you dont get caught

And you might want to edit your original post, since to some folks it might look like clever advertisement... (Advertising RMT sites is a bannable offense, so it's best to not even mention them, as mentioned in that post i've just linked)

RMT is legal under real world law. It is not crime by any law. You will not prosecuted by police or put in jail for that.

But RMT is strictly prohibited by GGG user agreement contract. Doing RMT is breach of the contract between user and GGG. So GGG has every right to terminate the contract and ban the account(s) involved in the RMT, both buyer and seller.

So if you want do RMT, do it on other game item auction site, but not on in-game trading or this forum.

Like many before me said already. Since D3 and it's RMAH you can't really call people stupid if they ask if they can sell items for money. BUT you could call people stupid for not reading the User Agreement. But honestly who DOES read the agreement :(
