depends on what you want in a shooter.
battlefield is MUCH larger maps and in general more objective oriented. CoD is more focused on fast paced killing and scores. |

The frostbite 2 engine looks like it pushes the battlefield franchise to a new level, unlike CoD where it looks an expansion to MW2

I think Modern Warfare 3 will get better reviews, I suspect both BF3 & MW3 will end up at the same score.
