Why is download so slow?

I've tried downloading off the main downloader and through the torrent but they both get stuck around 100kbps... When I try to download things off steam or some other games the speed is around 1mbps. Why is the dl speed for PoE so slow? And I also live in NZ using uni Internet.

Did you intentionally move this post so no one could see your game has a low download speed?

The games download speed is fine, at the moment there are many people having connection problems and upon further investigation (a WinMTR report) usually pinpoints it to a problem to be ISP related rather than game related.
